Tension Dans le Bureau

Tension Dans le Bureau is a piece written in the spirit of Pierre Schaefer's musique concrete from Radio France in the 1950's. The piece was composed by recording everyday sounds, and manipulating them with various techniques through Reaper. Tension Dans le Bureau seeks to put the listener into a familiar uncomfortable space of everyday stress from work, school, etc. When listening, a recurring rhythmic motif of stress is ever present while the sounds around the motif twist and turn to create an unsettling and intentionally uneasy result.
